Operating Hours
Please see below for our days and hours of operation over the festive period.
Our last day with a full team will be Friday 20th December. After this point we will be operating with a reduced team on working days only until Monday 6th January, when we’ll be back and raring to go.
So, for the avoidance of doubt, here’s a quick breakdown.

Monday 23 December: Reduced team
Tuesday 24 December: Reduced team
Wednesday 25 December: Merry Christmas Closed
Thursday 26 December: Bank holiday/emergencies only
Friday 27 December: Reduced team
Monday 30 December: Reduced team
Tuesday 31 December: Reduced team
Wednesday 1 January: Happy New Year!

Hours of Operation
Our working hours continue to be the same on working days – 09:30 to 16:30 GMT
Whilst we will make every effort to keep our response times largely the same, please note delivery times may be slightly longer.
If you are launching during this period it is advisable that you submit your support tickets well in advance of Friday 20th December to allow us the time to serve you as effectively and efficiently as possible.
