Answers To Your Questions…
How long do I have to use up my hours?
From the point of purchase you have 60 days to utilise the hours you have purchased (unless otherwise agreed). The hours will not rollover beyond this.
What is the turnaround time for a request?
Naturally this varies, but we commit to delivering all tasks within 2-4 business days.
For the more simple tasks such as setting up an email automation, creating a blog post, making minor edits to a web page, you can expect a 2 business day turnaround. However for more complex tasks such as building out a long form sales page, the turnaround time is 4 working days.
The only exception to the above, is website and email migrations, which we request 5 working days for to allow for working on these tasks out of hours and also to allow for the changes to propagate (which is beyond our control).
What kind of tasks will you support me with?
We will happily work on any online marketing tech task, whether that’s setting up email automations, creating funnel pages, setting up a membership site, adding course content to Kajabi/Kartra/HighLevel et al, helping prepare you for a launch, setting up platforms like Dubsado, Hopin etc. designing basic graphics in Canva, helping set up a YouTube channel…the sky’s the limit

Are there any tasks you won't do?
We really focus on marketing tech implementation which includes anything related to funnels, websites (excluding custom coding) and analytics.
We’re happy to do tasks such as setting up email automations, integrating platforms with each other, setting up payment gateways, editing web pages, creating funnels (copy/branding etc. supplied by client), lead magnet creation (simple Canva designs) setting up chatbots etc.
We cannot support you with paid ads – i.e. Facebook/Instagram, Google, YouTube ads etc. We also do not do custom coding or schedule social media posts.
How do I know how much time I have left?
All time is tracked within our client portal and you will have visibility of how much time remains in your bundle.
Do hours roll over or will I get a refund?
We encourage you to utilise all of your purchased hours, within the 60-days so that you don’t lose them, as they will not roll over.
As per our terms and conditions, refunds or partial refunds are discretionary and only offered in exceptional circumstances.
Why wouldn't I just hire a Tech VA?
